Jeff will use both historical stories and modern-day business case studies to illustrate key leadership lessons. The importance of strategic preparation is paramount, and Jeff will ask you to consider the following questions for your organization or team:

• Who can you learn from?
• Do you have the right equipment and technology?

Jeff will field written questions and comments throughout the webinar. Each participant will receive an individualized Zoom invitation one day prior to the event. Participants will also receive Jeff’s PPT and a brief survey post-event.
